Okay folks...are you making a plan?  It sure helps even if you get a little off track.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
Atkins shake
hmbg. patty with cheese for lunch (fundraiser at school)
Gen. Tao's chicken for dinner w/ veggies

KARLA-sorry my posting has been so sporadic, I DO so much better when I post, because it makes me me stop and think of my PLAN, and I'm more likely to stick to it. Fot today:

B: Click

S: Yogurt/celery/beef jerky...not all at once-that's just what's in my "car coooler bag"

L: Pure Protein bar/Click an hour later

D: Sweet/spicey pineapple baked chicken (I buy pre-made from a friend)/green beans

LOTS of water...Exercise on hold while back/groins heal...actually MISS exercise..who've have thunk it????

Ok, got a couple of pounds back on but don't want any more so back to regular eating!

yogurt w/rice crispies
fiber bar
chili w/crackers
snack mix
cantalope
pb cheese crackers
leftovers for dinner

 Karla.....I ALWAYS read on here but rarely post on it.   I am sorry for that.   I know what it means to not get replies to a post.    I do usually have some type of a plan for my day.    Here are a few things I am going to do.....I am going to try to start replying here.


Coffee down with miralax
Protein shake for breakfast.

Not sure about lunch.....snacks or dinner as of yet.   I usually go with what I feel like a the time.  I have already been out walking this AM and thinking of even going to the mall and walking some more.    I gotta get my butt moving !!  LOL   Love ya and thanks so much for posting this.
