Tricare and cosmetics question

I have Tricare prime and am in the dallas area and am ready to get some plastics done. I have heard of people on base or that go to the MTF's getting tummy tucks and boob jobs approved but I am not near either. I was hoping someone local in Dallas area maybe has gone through this process outside a base or MTF with some success and approval and can maybe help me in the right direction.

So far I have had a super difficult time getting the path to a yes figured out. I would give up but I have heard of it all getting approved before so I know it happens I just don't know how or where. All the stories I have heard were from people that knew a military wife that had it done and approved outside the MTF but they don't know details and have since lost contact .

If you can help because you have experience or know someone with first hand experienc that has a few minutes to spare I would be soooo thankfull!

I had started the proscess at one point when we were home doing recruting (plano) first step is finding a plasitic surgoen that does reconstructive surgery not cosmetic - than have your pcm give you a referal to them - you go for a cunsult and the ps can pretty well tell you if tricare will cover it or not
