Grateful today for a good turn out yesterday at my OH Support Group,

My life and health,

My WLS,

Friends and family,

Encouragement and Support,

For waking up this AM to hopefully a beautiful day,

My faith and answered prayers,

Precious husband and 3 sons,

For all the wonderful message boards here on OH and all the people giving advice on them,

For maintence and being able to live life as a "normal size" person,

For Obesity Help and for their upcoming Conference in Houston, Tx. in Nov.
