How did your weekend go?  Mine wasn't too bad overall.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 120 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins or Click drink
chef salad w/ lite dressing for lunch
lobster/crab ravioli for dinner

going to walk/run in an hr.

trying to get enogh calories in but my tummy is still really fussy..plan for today:

yogurt w/bran
fiber bar
ham sammie
pretzels
grapes
something for dinner
boston creme pie  lf,ls

I went back last night and added my fitday log to yesterday's post ... I will do the same today.  It's just too hard on vacation to predict what I might eat... However, I am logging my food on fitday during the day so I can keep track of what I'm eating.  Yesterday I went to the gym with my SIL and did 5 miles on the treadmill so it was a good day.

Today so far....

B:  cottage cheese w/ 500 mg powdered calcium citrate
S: 1/4 grilled hamburger patty (plain)
L:  leftover beef vegetable soup
S:  2 cheese sticks
D:  not sure yet but something healthy
