Justify Your July Saturday

Another challenging weekend upon us...if you're off your regular weekly schedule.  Mine's about the same everyday now.

My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 120 oz.
protein coffee being downed
Click drink at some pt.
leftover tuna w/ Steph's fab crackers for lunch
hmbg. pattie w/ cheese and salad for dinner

I had some of those fab crackers yesterday when I realized I had nothing in the house to eat.  Ended up with Havarti cheese and crackers for lunch-man it was yummy.

Since I'm not trying to lose anymore, I don't have a plan.  I'm now at 97 lbs lost and 4 lbs below my goal. Friends are bringing me lasagna for dinner tonight-that shoulde edge the scale back up.

started morning wth yogurt and cereal and not sure where i am going from here!

belly in a very bad mood, tummy stuff going around at work and i better not have it! trying lots of fluids and will try to go to work and eat sft gentle food!

I'm starting my morning off with a cup of coffee.  I'm going to clean the house this morning.  I'll probably have shrimp ****tail for lunch.  For dinner I want to try a new recipe of curried lentil soup with coconut milk.  I also am going to make some baba ganoush for dipping on this week....yummy!

Good morning!!  Weight is holding steady and I have don't have much of a plan for today...

Snacks:  100 fudge bar, greek yogurt
