Send out some love to some one who has supported or give you inspiration or guidance on this WLS journey!! Ortell us a story of who inspiried yo to have the surgery. Just share the love and give a shout out! It can be someone on or off the TMB!!

This week my shout out is to my husband Ken!! His b-day is Sunday by the way! He has stuck with me through thick and thin literally!! He loves me for who I am not what I look like like or who my family is or where I went to school or any of that other bs!! His only concern about the surgery was my safety! He just wanted me to be happy! He spent many nights and days wth me in the ER and waiting in surgical waiting rooms and sitting with me in hospital rooms! He cheered at every milestone and laughed with me at every side effect!! I am one lucky lady to have him!! He is handsome to boot!! Much love to my Kenny Beanhead!! LYM!!

I want to give a special shout out to Karla today!!  Not only does she help to keep us accountable everyday but she gets up early once a month and drives into Houston to come to my support group each month!!  She also stepped up to my challenge of doing the White Rock half marathon in December.  I am so proud of her... she is out walking/running right now!!!

Thanks Karla for not only being a friend but for keeping me on track as well!!!

Good Afternoon,

I have to say I will send a shout out to my husband.  He made breakfast for me this morning. Of course I had to eat it very slowly but he asked "What's the matter, don't you like it?" I said I do, and I have to eat it slow.  1 egg and a sandwich thin.. 170 calories.. mmm good!!

I'm glad he takes care of me. It's not an easy job, but... he does it with love!  ( he better any way!!) LOL

Blessings,

Nina
