Justify Your July Friday

Down a few more oz. today.  Being more careful about what you eat and exercising really do work a long ways after surgery!  yeah...

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...120+ oz.
protein coffee
chef salad for lunch w/ lite dressing
Click at some pt.
beef cutlets for dinner with scalloped potatoes

I'm going to the park to walk/jog at least 3 miles in a bit.

grrr...down another 1/2 lb and I am NOT going to tell you what else I added to the list yesterday!!

Today
yogurt w/ life cereal
quaker bar
fiber bar
food at the memorial service
panini at sbux Coupon for free one
steak, asparagus and rice for din
will throw some other snacks in there

Good morning ladies everyone!
B: Ground Turkey and corn and onions left over from last night
S: Oriental snack mix (not very much I promise)
L: Lunch meat and cheese (I hope, yet might just pick up a small bag of jerky)
D: Coriander Turkey meatloaf with oatmeal (weird I know...ummm don't mess with my meatloaf)

Another day with no plan... hard to plan on vacation when your not sure what you are doing from day to day....

But I will be starting my day off with my Click out by the pool!!!!
