Insurance

Sorry, but if you don't have insurance through an employer, IF there's even an insurance you could buy that expressly covered RNY, it would probably be cost prohibitive...  Unfortunately, some people have found out the hard way that after having had RNY, when they need to purchase insurance on their own they can't get coverage.  Insurance companies have us over a barrel while they are pilfering our pockets....
