I'm NOT a Happy Camper !!

OK   The scale lied to me..........I jumped on the OLD hag this morning.............says I gained 5 lbs........

But - I'm gonna try NOT to fret about it too much............because:

#1 )  traveling.........not enough fluids probably..........feet hanging down and had excesive LARGE ankles yesterday (fluid retention due to travels?  )

#2) - Hospital visit on Thursday for fluids?


Any other excuses ?     Yes -   personal........so we'll see next Monday !!        but I guess - 5 lbs isn't too bad considering GERMAN food is all  carbs..........pastas, breads................

Five pounds is five pounds.  Don't let it get you down.  You had a good vacation.  You enjoyed yourself.  Now it is time to concentrate on what goes into your body.  Set yourself an attainable goal.  Lose 1 lb a week.  That should not be too hard.  And remember, you have friends here.  Any time you are thinking of putting something in your mouth that should not be there, call or text someone.  Put your hands to use other than putting something in your mouth.  Maybe it will help.

Phyllis, we can do it together! I'm about 5-7 lbs up (depending on the mood my scale is in...lol) from my lowest weight a few months ago... I know it is due to the medical, surgeries, etc and I was laid up in bed, eating comfort foods (not eating too bad, but not exercising!) and being sedentary...

So let's do this together... What do you say we get those lbs off within the next month? Try policing everything that goes into our mouths, and also upping it on the activity?

I personally want to get back into the gym 3x a week... Heck, even 2x a week would be good, if it were weight training days.... What do you say? You have my number, let's be accountability partners!
