My plan for today:
lots of liquids...120+ oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake
tuna sandwich and 2 sf cookies for lunch
arroz con carne and pinto beans for dinner

Got up at 6:30 so dad and I took the dogs for a walk... I'd say we went around 3 miles... the dogs slowed our pace down a bit so I think tomorrow we will leave them home! Weight is still stable... thank goodness for WLS... who would think you could go on vacation for 4 weeks and NOT gain weight!!!
