Good Morning all Lets shake off all those excess carbs,alcohol, and sugar from the weekend and get this train moving again after the holiday weekend!! Hope everyone had fun with friends and family! Now lets get this train back on track and get things moving.

Good morning MEGGIE and all! Still feeling lazy here-am "on call 12n-5pm and actually HOPE I get "called out". How sad is that? I like a routine, and being off this weekend has messed up my internal clock and my "rut"-not to mention my eating/drinking. SALTY foods have been my trigger-as always...sigh....I know, I know, it's not BRAIN surgery...sigh...have been upping the water even MORE, but can only drink so much...

I hope everyone had a un and SAFE holiday yesterday and no fingertips got burnt off. They had a community fireworks show at the football stadium-with band music-a few blocks from my house, so we sat on the tailgate of the tuck-in our driveway-me in my gown and socks-and watched/listened. Aww...life in a small town!!

Prayers to all who are hurting, lost, or just in need of guidance.

All fingers and toes here, we actually really did no****ch fireworks.  Our city did theirs Saturday night and we caught them on the way to Wal-Mart.  But we did cook out, and I am still eating steak.  It is protein lol.

Today since we are not going to the water park, I think a trip to the gym is in order, then I have a meeting to go to later today.  That and really working on my fluid intake.  I have slacked the past few days, but I have my tea made so I should be good for a while.

Good morning!

Confession time:  I didn't track what I ate this weekend and I snacked.  This is the first time I've really done that since surgery 10 weeks ago.  I know that these are two things that are very important to do and not to do, respectively.  And, I'm going to get right back on track today.  I have no excuse (although I have several that my head wants me to write here!) and will stop this behavior right now!

I also am going to the gym today and going to do an hour of bike!

Other than that, need to go to the grocery store to get ready for the week and do the mountains of laundry that have been piling up since I've been travelling a lot lately.

Morning Meggie!  Other than eating a little  dessert I actually stayed on track yesterday...amazing.

I am going to ride my bike and do free wts. today for excercise.

Good morning! I might go for a bike ride in a few and then I'm working from 3-10pm today and tomorrow at a camp up at UNT. Its for our teen consumers and they are working during the day at jobs in Denton and then they return at 3pm and we do activities with them. Tonight is laundry, so that should be fun-lol. Tomorrow is a neat game called Jobardy- its like Jepordy but the questions are all about employment.

Meggie- hope you get some great sales today.
