Happy 4th!
I had a couple of "snatch and grab" unplanned eats yesterday-AND some fingerfuls of movie popcorn (though I KNOW I dropped SOME in my lap while drooping over Tom Cruise), so gotta be extra special good today, so my "brain stays trained"-esp with the yucky weather that makes me THINK it's okay to stay indoors and EAT...
Today's plan:

S: Baked apple with SF syrup/cinnamon/PB
L: left over baked chicken from yesterday/veggies
D: "new" BBQ chicken/veggies
S: Pudding with protein mixed in
Vitamins bagged and about 1/4 down already..working on the water...
