Justify Your July Sunday

Happy 4th of July!  I know many of us will be doing something fun for the holiday.  Try to plan and not go too hog wild.  I did well yesterday except for trying out a new dessert recipe.  I didn't much of it, but it sure was good...sopapilla cheesecake...yum.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
McDonalds sf vanilla iced coffee
Click
leftover beef/veg. for lunch
steak or hmbg. patty for dinner...don't know sides we're having

4th of july plan:

yogurt w/grapenuts  (big surprize there!)
waffle w/pb
cantalope
celery w/pb
pretzels
protein bar
quaker bar
dinner is Kens choice or we might go to the kid's house!!
I am also jonesing for sf cookie cookies or candy, haven't had any in a week or two--get the febreeze handy!!!!

Happy 4th!

I had a couple of "snatch and grab" unplanned eats yesterday-AND some fingerfuls of movie popcorn (though I KNOW I dropped SOME in my lap while drooping over Tom Cruise), so gotta be extra special good today, so my "brain stays trained"-esp with the yucky weather that makes me THINK it's okay to stay indoors and EAT...

Today's plan:

B: Click

S: Baked apple with SF syrup/cinnamon/PB

L: left over baked chicken from yesterday/veggies

D: "new" BBQ chicken/veggies

S: Pudding with protein mixed in

Vitamins bagged and about 1/4 down already..working on the water...

Beast has the grill fired up to cook meat for the week. I got some pre-seasoned chicken fajitas from HEB a while back we're gonna try plus some chicken thighs and shrimp. Today won't really be alot different than usual, I'm just not planning meal by meal today. The plan as usual is to get in all my water, plenty of protein and fewer carbs!

Happy 4th all!
I will put the following receipes in a seperate post later this afternoon just in case any of you are interested in them. They come from 'healthy' cookbooks and have been really really tasty.
