lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed

oh no...out of yogurt, will have cereal w/milk
cantalope
carrots
pretzels
protein bar
chicken roll up
a few sf cookies
quesadilla for dinner

Glad yesterday is gone...

Coffee is history!
Oatmeal in the process...
Salad for lunch w/chicken
Dinner: Yogurt with fruit or carrot salad

Lots of liquids!!!
