Can you justify your eating today?  Make it a good plan and stick to it!

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee being downed
Click or Atkins shake
chef salad w/ lite dressing for lunch
protein for dinner w/ squash...havent thawed out the meat yet

My plan for today as to last 24 hrs, as I am scheduled to work my "real job" , then work agency job 12 hrs tonight...I see lots of water and caffeine in my future!

B: Click (what did I do before Click?)

L: Chicken breast/green beans-already packed in the cooler

S: Yogurt/apple

D: Click

Then I'm going to pack more of the "same" in over night cooler-along with beef jerky-that always seems to keep my mouth "busy"

Good luck to everyone this tempting holiday weekend-remember-it's only FOOD-not your LIFE (or so my trainer says...lol)

yogurt w/grape nuts
pb cheese crackers
beef bean cheese nachos
pretzels
apple
eggs,hashbrowns, sausage for dinner
eggo w/pb

lots of fluids!!

Let's see.... trying to stick to my plans each day the best I can but it's hard to do when your on vacation.  So for the next 2 weeks I will post my rough draft instead of plan!!!

Rough Draft:
B: Click or Believe
L: 2 crackers and Trader Joe's chicken salad
D: leftover Chinese lettuce wraps or fish
Snacks: ??????

I'm meeting one of my sewing Sisters at our favorite Mexican place for lunch so it'll be fajitas for me. A little refried beans and guacomole to dip them in will finish me off for the afternoon!

Cottage cheese/SF Amaretto and Coconut syrups
Beef fajitas/refried beans/guacomole
Tilapia/steamed veggies
