M.D. Update
Saw Dr. B today, hernia repair surgery is needed and will be set up for some time in Aug.
He agreed to give a referral to a shrink if one is required. He was very patient and thorough.
The work restrictions will remain in place til after the surgery... Ive spoken with a person who is in HR, and they have given me some really good counsel...I think I feel better about things....
Looks like im gonna be off for a little while since my employer doesnt allow work excuses.
Wish i had the money to travel, id come see everyone of ya'll....hahahaha

So glad that things are going better for you Tara. You sound more positive than you did last time. Tara go and get the book THE BECK DIET SOLUTION BY Judith Beck. You can purchase it at Half Price Books if there is one in your area. It deals with the mental issues involved with losing weight....really awesome book !!!

Thanks Vivian, I will hit up the local library and see if they have it....I learned a long time ago not to buy books....I was almost a hoarder with them things. I always justcheck em out a couple of times in a row.

Glad you got a good dr. report (other than the hernia repair)...maybe a tummy tuck to go with it? Hang in there on the wt. loss...sounds like you are doing well.
