yogurt w/grape nuts
nachos
pb cheese crackers
apple
pizza
salad

Back to the grind here...need to get back on track, even though no damage done while I wasn't!

My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins or Click shake
salad for lunch w/ protein
enchilada and pinto beans and corn dip for dinner

It's so hard to plan when you're on vacation... but I gotta do it or I will find myself not being a happy camper when I get home!!!
