Good Morning Train!
WOOOOHOOOO and TGIF! Although I'll probably end up having to work part/all of this weekend, sigh.... My pouch is being fussy this morning and all I've had is my coffee, well that and 4 bottles of water... maybe it just didn't feel like swimming this morning! LOL My standby remedy is papaya enzymes, they seem to cure most of my pouch's gripes....
Prayers are going up for all that need them!

Good morning! Its Friday-woo hoo! And its Bryan's surgiversary!
Pouch fussy-sometimes it just gets fussy for no reason and sometimes its because I ate something with too much sugar or lactose or something fried. Other times its fine when I eat something like that. Its a weird pouch. lol. I take papapya enzymes like you Karen.
Not much planned today or tomorrow. Sunday I leave for Corpus for a statewide conference for professionals that work with people with disabilities. I'm def packing a bathing suit because the hotel is on a beach.

Good morning. My pouch gets fussy with too much sugar, but usually not until the next day. When I dump my pouch is being nice and quite, but roars it's ugly head the next morning.
I'm off to Dallas for my niece's wedding. We've been waiting, as she has, a lifetime for this. We all dearly love the guy she's marrying. He's certainly a glutton for punishment because she is a princess supreme!

I have a quiet pouch usually which may be a good or bad thing. However it does not like pasta and rice so I just avoid the two. And let me tell you pre weight loss rice was a multi-time daily staple. If the pouch is not happy I either take gas-x or Karen's papaya enzyme.
So are most WLS surgeons at the conference in Vegas? I know the 4 that come to Plaza are gone this weekend so I was wondering if anyone else knows. Not a biggie, just curious.

I don't have a pouch yet, but I like all the comments. It helps for considering what could or will happen. I go monday to find out if I lost enough to get my surgery date. Keep me in your prayers and cross your fingers!!

I have a sensitive pouch, so anything can make it fussy on some days, but not on others. Too much fat bothers me the most. Also, if I drink too soon after eating, my pouch tells me about it. I like papya enzyme. I also like mint. I drink Metromin****er or mint herbal tea, and that helps calm a fussy pouch.
