KARLA-sorry I've been so MIA-hate not having 'puter during the day, and time is so limited trying to get out the door in the mornings to boot camp, etc...
Food wise I've been doing fairly well-just not really eating ENOUGH-esp during the day cuz it's so hot and I'm in and out of the car. I keep a cooler with jerky/yogurt/apple/etc but I have to MAKE myself eat most days..who've have think it? I DO get enough Click, etc in to meet my protein needs and DO get in at least one full meal with veggies and stuff somewhere before I go to bed. Water wise, I am working extra hard. I get a headache QUICKLY if I get the least bit dehydrated-you'd think I would have learned my lesson by now!!
