June Journey Wednesday
My plan for today:
lots of water...can't have anything else until after I get my blood drawn around 8:30 or so when the dr's office opens.
McDonalds sf vanilla iced coffee
protein coffee or Atkins at some point during the day
Spinach chef salad for lunch
Haven't decided on dinner yet...will do protein!

I had a good day yesterday up until 5pm. After that the "even compulsive eating monster" was out and there was not stopping me. Grazed up until I went to bed. I'm not feeling good about myself today.
Self-sabotage....
Why do I do this to my self? What can I do to keep myself for doing this?

Good morning from sunny Arizona... yes it's still morning here (2 hours earlier)!! Going to be here for the next 4 weeks so going to have to be careful to plan!!! Not sure what's in store for today as we need to hit the grocery store today.
