S: Cottage Cheese with peaches
L: Chicken Salad on a bed of Lettuce
S: Grapes
D: PB&J Sandwich

Lots of liquids!!

Thanks Nina...you may need to crank it up a lot this summer!  It sure was  nice to sleep in until almost 7:30.  I guess I needed the sleep.

My plan for today:
at least 100 oz. of liquids
protein coffee being downed now
leftover enchilada for lunch
spicy garlic chicken for dinner
trail mix

Water, water, water, never truly been my concern. I likem my water!

B:2 Hard boiled eggs (If I can get the time to eat them, if not they will be the late night snack)
S: Lunch meat and sliced cheeder
L: Oatmeal with protein powder
D: Grilled Vegetables with sm pork chops
