Good afternoon all.  Not too good a day for me.  I left work early last night (this morning).  Dizzy, disoriented.  Feel a little better now.  Still not completely right, but I will survive.  That's what I do.

Not much else going on.

Just a reminder, you need to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS  AND SUPPLEMENTS and make sure you get your daily allotment of PROTEIN.

If you are new to the board, this link explains what the NIGHT WATCHMAN is (if you are interested).  Otherwise, just read on, you will probably figure it out anyway.

Your symptoms are also in line with dehydration. I know you said you grilled out yesterday. Were you outside for a long time in the heat without enough water? I hope you're feeling better today.

I'm still slightly achy. I found an organic version of Ben-Gay in my medicine cabinet and have a date with it before bedtime tonight.

My first day of trying to be back on track has gone well. I still have calories left, but I'm not hungry, so I'm trying to decide if I still want a little snack or if I'll pass.

Prayers for all who need them.
Blessings, Jennifer

My son had a viral infection that is going around on Sunday.  I was at his house Saturday night.  So, it might have been that.  It also could be dehydration because of Sunday day time.  I did not drink as much as I usually do.  I was not out in the sun that much, there was a Ranger game going on while I was grilling.  But, I normally drink 4 to 5 quarts a day (between 1PM and 6 AM).  Sunday I did a little more than 2 quarts all day (between 8 AM and 6 AM).  I have such problems on my days off.  Maybe that is why I work so much, to keep my on track.
