Here is my slide show...if you wanna look. Here are our family pics from Oct 2010
Do you have a Facebook account? I do! Look me up and add me Courtney Clark-Lamberson, just put OH in the request (so I know I know you!)
I will post some pictures after my hubbie gets them downloaded and shrunk for me.
We took a ferry from Toronto over to Ward Island and hiked all around it.
In Niagara Falls we walked over the bridge from the Canadian side to the American side and hiked all of Goat Island, including Bridal Veil Falls and the Three Sisters.
In Tobermory, Ontario we hiked part of the Bruce Trail around Georgian Bay and Marr Lake trail. We also took a glass bottom boat over to Flowerpot Island the next day and hiked it for 2 hours.
In Owen Sound, Ontario we hiked a trail from Inglis Falls to Hampton Park and back to the Falls.
I was a little sore, but not bad and my knees and ankles weren't screaming at me for toting an extra 100 pounds around on them. I really, really appreciated my RNY surgery this past week!

Congratulations, Everyone! Sarah...I love reading all of your 'boring' maintaining reports every week. It proves that maintenance IS a very real possibility instead of the bugger-boo that gets built up in our brains. Your weekly stats are making me look forward to maintainance instead of dreading it.
I know it'sTuesday but today is my offical weigh in day so I'll just jump on the tail end here so I can be accountable!
I was on vacation in Honduras from 6/5 - 6/19 but I found a scale that last week. I'd like to think this small gain was just the scale weighing less than the one at WW but truth told, once I hit Onderland I let up a bit on the exercise but not the carbs for breakfast to start my day...A massage doesn't use up as many calories as 2 morning dives! But I'll take it! I never thought I'd get tired of food! I'm ready to get back to my protein tea and cottage cheese for breakfast and regular protein first diet! One thing I learned that really is not a surprise....I really need to get going on a good exercise routine. I didn't lose 8+lbs on vacation by sitting on my butt! So Beast and I are walking 2 miles every evening after supper plus starting a regular BowFlex workout 3-4 days a week. Now if I can just tough it out until it becomes a habit!
