June Journey Monday
On to the last full week of June...seems like we just got started!
My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake
probably Mexican for lunch will be in Huntsville at a meeting
Protein dinner...will be getting hair/pedicure when I get in from meeting so we'll eat something we already have here...no time to cook
Not the best plan in the world but I'll be on the run and riding with other people today!
What's your plan? ...it has to be better than mine today!

After fasting for bloodwork this morning (which I can't wait to have coffee!!!), my plan will be as follows:
B-Coffee followed up with Oatmeal :) and banana later if hungry
S-lunchmeat
L-Lean Cuisine or sandwich, not sure which yet
S-Protein shake
D-smoked brisket and salad
Lots and lots of water - it's hot!

I haven't post a plan in a while but it does not change much same basic plan with some variation every now and then.
Breakfast high protien hot cereal with skim milk 30 minutes later ptotein coffee then some cold coffee
snack half a strawberries and low fat french vanilla yogurt
lunch meat loaf with veggies and one stick of low fat string cheese
snack 1/2 cup of sugar free, protein granola
dinner is still a mystery at this time depends on my families mood later in the day and whether or not I cook or the wife.
I have 3 bottles of water with me at work that I will have down before leaving work at the end of the day. Going to try and get some walking in later in the day as well.
