My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
decaf SBUX skinny cinnamon dolce latte
? for lunch...will grab a bite on the run
sushi for dinner

1/2 order debris on a biscuit
ceese sticks
trail mix bar
meat sammich
mini prtzel sticks
protein drink
celery & carrots
fruit cup
something for dinner Kens turn to cook

Better late than never right?

Breakfast was yogurt w/blueberries
Chips and Salsa and Beans ( A big  no no I know that BUT  I didn't go over my calorie in take)
Cottage cheese with strawberries
Grapes

2 cups of coffee
2 glasses of water
4 glasses of lemonade
3 glasses of tea
