Thank you, spent part of the day so far setting up the childrens swimming pool and slicing and freezing some fruit. Made some fake fudge from a recipe posted here on the TMB. Now, I am going to prep vitamin packets and a couple days worth of Necat cappicino with espresso shots. Then going to veg with my youngest and go for a walk. Everyone have a good hydrated day.

Thank You, so far have spent it taking Alissa to the airport, spending 3 hours in the office cleaning my disaster of an office due to way to many projects, taking Chris to Toys R Us and Long John Silvers and cooking a yummy roast for my party of one. Currently shopping for Alissa a bike and waiting for 8ish to hit for either a run or bike ride.

Scars are like tatoos, but with better stories.
