 A Father's Day celebration challenge...make a plan and try to stick to it!

My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
McDonald's sf iced vanilla coffee
going to Carino's in College Station for lunch
leftovers for dinner that are protein packed

My plan...

Coffee is in the works

Scrambled Egg & a sausage for breakfast
Salad for lunch
peaches for a snack
veggie burger or roast w/ carrots

lots of liquids today!!

Need to loose some carbs today and drink MORE fluids! So plan for today:

protein drink
1/2 order egss benedict
fruit
2 mini slices banana bread
brotein bar
egg salad w/romaine
will make sf fudge
dinner maybe red beans and ken can have his w/rice!
