lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee being downed
Atkins shake
Southwest chicken salad for lunch
Beef enchilada for dinner
1/2 c trail mix during day for snacks

Hope everyone is doing well this Thursday morning. I'm up a bit early today for a brisk 30 minute walk on treadmill. I'm also taking this "alone" time (my family is still asleep), to really think about my day.
I need to stick to the basics today. Lately, I've been having issues with planning my day. I'm also not carefully watching my drinking.
Plan for today:
- Wait 30 min. before & after meals for liquids
- Take my vitamins
- Exercise
- Healthy food choices/sensible portions
- Seek support

L: Having Nurse Aide appreciate lunch at work (those ladies work SOOOO hard!!!)-people have signed up for meat/salad/veggies/bread..the usual stuff..so should be okay...or I have pks of Click in my bag (always!)
S: Supply of beef sticks in my bag
D: Goulash with lots of beef and beans-minimal noodle (Corbin is cooking!)
