great news from Doc!

Great news from opthamologist!! I am not 1/2 blind. my vision is 20/30 I just need to step my readers up 1 step. no script yet. No sign of any eye disease! Asked him why my head huts so bad when I read and I get nauseaus and dizzy and am getting migraines. He asked if my neck nhurt and it I had it my head recently? Yes! He put his had on the back of  my neck and his thumb right on the sore spot and said does that hurt. well I almost fell out of the chair,

he call the nurse requested some papers. He told me this study about this nerve I had being pinch because my neck was so stiff and how it affected my occular globes or whatever. Bottom line...he prescribed a couple of massages to get it loosened up and the headaches and migraines should end!!

new glasses and first massage and facial tonight and already feeling gratly improved!! Wow who knew!! Insurance should cover this **** It is a WHOLE lot cheaper and easier on the bod than all those drugs Dr Nicompoop was giving me. Dr Awesomeness thout a masage might help and certainly couldn't hurt!!

Now off to bed!!

It is amazing how something in one part of our bodies effects another part that we never put together. I am glad that the massage helped you some. I know the first time I got a good massage helped me a lot aches and pain. Another thing you might try in the future that can be helpful is accupuncture I experienced it only once because I had it done at a health expo in Round Rock when they opened a new hospital back in 2008. My wife and I went when she was pregnant with our youngest daughter. Looking into getting it done and maybe try my hand at some Tai Chi. However those plans might change as I have been informed late this afternoon that my MBA program start date is going to be moved instead of a month and a half off. I only have a 2 week break. I hope the massages help put a end to those nasty migraines you have been experiencing.
