Back at it again...day after day but that's what people do who stay thin all their lives!

My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee already downed
Atkins shake or Click shake
Southwest Salad for lunch
Mexican casserole w/ beef for dinner

Morning!!  3 days to go and I'm so ready to be on vacation I can't stand it!!!!

Okay plan for today....

B: Believe RTD
S: yogurt
L: quesadilla in a bowl
S: 100 cal RS bar
D: fish and veggie
S: WW ice cream

Good Morning!

No school today. 

Yesterday I don't know what my calorie intake was but I made the wisest choices I could at the pot luck we had.  For dinner I had chicken salad and 3 (32 oz) cup of liquids.

Today
On my first cup of coffee
B: Cottage Cheese with fruit
Snack: 1/2 banana
Lunch Chicken Salad
Snack:  1/2 banana
Dinner Cottage Cheese with fruit

only ate 1/2 of what I packed yesterday so feeding frenzy may be subsiding! so today:

yogurt w/grape nuts
melon
egg salad w/crackers
protein bar
protrin drink
celery & carrots w/pb
ceese and veggies for dinner
maybe some nachos

oh ...I accidently swallowed a small plum pit yesterday!! Ken thinks I'll have a plum tree growing out of my azz next!!! Yall know my history!! Hee Heee Hee!!!

 Hi Ladies,

Had somewhat of a plan today, but lost it at about 1pm today.  I paid the price for it too, had a major dumping session at work.  Not good.  Took about 45 minute to wear off.  

Plans for this evening:
40 minute workout @ 7pm
Light dinner - protein shake at 8pm
