I used to before wls. Now I'm lactose intolerant. I loved their milk because it stays fresher longer since their dairy is up the road in OK.

YES -  so far - so good -  but it is sweet and it does say "good" longer than the store stuff......my opinion.........

I am trying their 1% instead  - and I didn't get quite as queasy (too sweet stuff) to my stomach..

so far -   since WLS unlike many others.......I HAVE NOT BECOME LACTOSE INTEROLANT!   I LOVE ME SOME MILK !!
  • Pease check out Dr. Connie Stapleton's Website. A lot of good information on there for all WLS patients regardless of the surgery you chose.  Good luck to all and I'm here for you if you want to send me an email.  I'll answer it as soon as possible.

I drink their 1% all the time, as I'd rather skip it than drink skim.   Ditto the observation that it lasts longer and tastes better due to Braum's vertical integration.

I'm in same boat as Alissa.  Used to drink the 2% literally by the gallon.  Now I can't do 2 ounces of it without getting sick.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
