Fake Fudge
Sometimes you just gotta have fudge!
3 oz. soft fat-free cream cheese
3 tablespoons no-sugar peanut butter (I use Laura Scudders)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/3 cup splenda
2 tsp. vanilla
Squi**** all together - takes a little work but it will come together. Roll into little balls (about the size of a pecan) and refrigerate. mmmmmmmmm
No, I don't know the nutritional info. Can't be that bad, unless you eat the whole thing at one sitting.

WOW Thanks Lynne....for more protein you could even throw in a handful of pecans. Yum sounds good. I will have to copy this one.
