Husband & Bestfriend
Well my husband had his Gastric Bypass last Wednesday. He is doing well other than a little soreness he is moving right along. I've got him sipping and walking. He is tolerating his liquids very well. He has not been nauseated at all unlike me I was pretty sick on and off for a couple of weeks.
He has already lost about 15lbs. Fluids I'm sure; but weight is weight & gone is gone. LOL
My best friend also had a revision from a Molina Band to Gastric Bypass this past Friday and had a hernia removed. She had some ups and downs in the hospital: but is home now and feeling much better.
Life is great and I'm so happy for the two of them.
Funny my husband invited my friend over and told her they could have dinner together. I told them they would be cheap dates & easy to cook for at this point. Broth, Popsicles & water with crystal light.
I hope all is well with you all & that everyone is having a great summer.
