THURSDAY SMET ( so much easier to )........

 OK haven't done SMET this week....we all need to have daily reminders of where we came from so I will start this thing off today.

SMET

1. bend and stoop down and pick anything off the floor.
2. Zip and button pants
3. tie shoes
4. sit at a booth in a restaurant
5. run or walk fast
6. fit into public restroom stalls
7. buy new clothes
8. do daily chores
9. walk and not be in pain
10. live life and enjoy it.

It's so much easier to workout.  But you know what many will want to say and won't?  So I will SEX is so much easier and more fun now that I am 100 pounds lighter. LOL

Lay in the bath tub!  I took a bath today and was amazed that I had to ADD water and at my heaviest I probably would have over flowed the tub with that amount of water!
