Okay folks...on these days I sleep in I can't crank this up early...someone else feel free to do it, if not I will when I get up!

My plan for today (not a very good one):
lots of liquids
protein coffee
McDonald's sf iced vanilla coffee
Will be in Aggieland for lunch
Don't know what time I will be home for dinner so will probably eat leftover pork/potatoes

Good Morning Karla,

I did good yesterday..920 calories. and 60 oz of Liquids

Today's plan is:

Coffee:
B:Oatmeal w/granola/ banana
S: Cottage Cheese w/peaches
L: Salad w/tuna & Sesame Oat Crackers
D: Veggie Burger w/salsa
S: Watermelon

Down to 133 lbs this morn so need to make sure I eat enough. So far the plan is:

yogurt w/grapenuts
waffle w/pb
ham sammich
magic pop w/pb
banana chips
pb cheese crackers
tuna casserole
fruit

B: Turkey sandwich
L: chicken salad on avacado
D: Chop steak with tomatoes and onions stewed
S: Oatmeal with protein powder if I'm feeling I didn't get enough for the day, but I'm pretty sure the things I will be eating shall be enough.
