It's a Food Network Recipe...not the adobo chicken part. I just had some marinated chicken breasts in the freezer so cooked them and put them in. I'll post the recipe when I have time to go retrieve it! It's kind of like taco salad but with black beans and done a little differently. It's homemade salad dressing but it sure was good. It has cornbread crumbles on top...yummy and good for you!
