lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee being downed
Layered chicken adobo salad for lunch w/ homemade lime-cilantro dressing
leftover pork/potato crockpot meal for dinner

Karla-thanks for posting early, so I can jump on before I have to scoot out the door..Being in and out of the car all day, I'm finding it best to just keep "grabby" things in the cooler, as opposed to trying to work in a "sit down" meal-plus I never really know where I'll be. If I get a chance to stop and eat "real food" I can always take the cooler stuff back home for another day. Plus-I'm out in the heat and sure don't want anything heavy.
To avoid temptation of drive thrus I have started putting my purse behind the back seat-where I can't reach it when I'm driving!

Yogurt, beef stick, SF Peaches, Apple, PB, Pure Protein Bar
D: Swedish meatballs/no noodles/with green beans
S: Protein pudding
Def get my water in..Vitamins are bagged up and in my purse...About to head out the door to Fit 30 boot camp

Yesterday I did well for my first day of my 1200 calorie diet.
I took in 890 calories and did my liquids.
Today my plan of attack is...
Coffee- check!
Breakfast: Oatmeal and some fruit
Snack: cottage cheese w/fruit
Lunch: Salad with tuna and fat free vineagrette dressing
Dinner: Veggie Burger and not sure what I will have with it if anything
Liquids and Vits ofcourse!!

l = low carb wrap w/ 2.5 tuna pack - corn, tomato & onion salsa
s = banana
d= beef fajita meat + LC wrap
multi vitamin= done
other meds = done
water - to do
focus on NOT EATING ALL EVENING.... I have been graze monster all week!!! Don't know why I am doing it to myself. Just don't seem satisified even with a great dinner.
