My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee being downed
Layered chicken adobo salad for lunch w/ homemade lime-cilantro dressing

leftover pork/potato crockpot meal for dinner

Karla-thanks for posting early, so I can jump on before I have to scoot out the door..Being in and out of the car all day, I'm finding it best to just keep "grabby" things in the cooler, as opposed to trying to work in a "sit down" meal-plus I never really know where I'll be. If I get a chance to stop and eat "real food" I can always take the cooler stuff back home for another day. Plus-I'm out in the heat and sure don't want anything heavy.

To avoid temptation of drive thrus I have started putting my purse behind the back seat-where I can't reach it when I'm driving!

Small "meals" thru the day:

Yogurt, beef stick, SF Peaches, Apple, PB, Pure Protein Bar

D: Swedish meatballs/no noodles/with green beans

S: Protein pudding

Def get my water in..Vitamins are bagged up and in my purse...About to head out the door to Fit 30 boot camp

I will be stuck in an ARD all DAY.... I'm sure at least 9-5 if not longer.  Not sure what I will beable to eat and when but going to try to pack some healthy stuff to snack on during the meeting.

Plan is on hold for today but started with a protein drink for good measure. Am trying to get in with a dentist ( I am bad and haven't been to one since 1994)I am not scheduled till Aug 9th, but they have an appt for 9 this mor. Unfortunate ly I didn't get the message till the office closed so I am waiting to hear till I eat! Teeth ar ereally flossed and scrubbed!!!

So later:

spagetti (nopasta for pasta for me)
sf ice cream sundae

Good Morning

Yesterday I did well for my first day of my 1200 calorie diet.

I took in 890 calories and did my liquids.

Today my plan of attack is...

Coffee- check!
Breakfast: Oatmeal and some fruit

Snack: cottage cheese w/fruit

Lunch: Salad with tuna and fat free vineagrette dressing

Dinner: Veggie Burger and not sure what I will have with it if anything

Liquids and Vits ofcourse!!

focus on NOT EATING ALL EVENING....  I have been graze monster all week!!!   Don't know why I am doing it to myself.  Just don't seem satisified even with a great dinner.
