WOOOOHOOOO for Hump Day! I'm up and at 'em and my Woooohooo for today is that I stuck with a full hour on the bike AND turned up the tension another notch this morning! I think I'm becoming addicted to the achy tiredness afterwards... LOL

Good morning! Its Wed and I'm off today. SO why am I up so early? Well, because we are meeting my family for breakfast at 6:30am at Old South Pancake House and then we're going to Fossil Rim. Hopefully it won't rain! With my parents in town we've been up late each night, but we don't see them often so its okay.

Good Morning Papaya Queen!! Sure miss hugging your sweet sweet neck and hope I get to see you sometime soon!!I have a couple of woo hoo's to share this morning and at almost 3yrs out they can be hard to come by so here goes:
1) I am 2yrs 11 mos out and exactly still at goal of 135 lbs!! Woo Hoo!!!
2) I changed all the furniture around in the house on sunday which involved reaching behind bookcase to undo extention cords, getting on the floor to place furniture sliders,sliding between the walls and the furniture to make sure I wasn't going to hit anything! It was all so easy and I didn't have to struggle!
3)For those that did not see Saturdays post, Ken had to bring me a diffrent shirt to work to change into because I was TOO SEXY to work!!! It was cut out too much in the back!! I have NEVER in my life been too sexy!! I was so excited!!! Wasn't even upset I had to change! That shirt goes to the front of the closet for my going out clothes, heck I may wear it today!

We're all pitching in at work today and making a huge layered salad with black beans, romaine lettuce, mj cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, tomatoes, taco seasoning, cornbread, etc. that looks really good. I found the recipe online and we all divided it up. I cooked some adobo chicken to go with it yesterday after work.
