Hard to believe we're already starting the second week in June.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake
McDonald's sf iced coffee
lunch: Swedish meatballs or Asian frozen dinner
dinner: pork cubed steak and potato crockpot meal

I rode my bike already this morning.

Lunch: Veggie Pattie
PM Snack Watermelon
Dinner: Protein Shake

Made my pitcher of Crystal Light Lemonade for today.
