Good afternoon all.  It is a wonderful day!   Probably a bit muggy outside, but that doesn't matter, life is great!

My wonderful wife is tasked every week with running errands for me and doing the shopping.  On Sunday nights I go through the paper and text her the things I "want" or I think she might want and the things we "need".  She does an excellent job taking care of me allowing me to work as much as I do.  Today she went to JC Penney's.  Great sale on men's pullover shirts. St John's Bay.  Normally $26, on sale for $9.99.  She picked up five awesome colors for me.  I wanted stuff that I do not have and she done good.

Not much else in my world.

Please provide me with any prayer requests you want added to the list.  And thank you to those of you that have requests on the list and provide me with updates.

Just a reminder, you need to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS  AND SUPPLEMENTS and make sure you get your daily allotment of PROTEIN.

If you are new to the board, this link explains what the NIGHT WATCHMAN is (if you are interested).  Otherwise, just read on, you will probably figure it out anyway.

Continue to keep your thoughts and prayers for the members of our Armed Forces serving around the world, especially during this time of increased awareness.  Please thank God for these men and women every day.  In addition, please keep the wives and family members in your thoughts.

PEOPLE SEEKING EMPLOYMENT: Pray not just for employment, but also that they adjust to the stress the lack of employment brings.

Nina - Pray for cousin, that he be guided in the right direction with his marraige.  Also a close friend is struggling with some inner demons, needs lots of prayers!!

Phyllis requests prayer for her co-worker Norma B.who may be out of work for 3-4 months.  She has loss the use of her right hand, unknown for how long now.  Also, pray for Phyllis and her daughter, Amanda, as Amanda has moved out on her own.

Hey Big Bro...
A bit rainy down here today.  The yard sure loved it!  Not too terribly hard, but after the bulk of the rain came down, we had a nice, steady soft rain for a few hours which was so good for the yards, trees, etc.  Too much too fast just runs off.  This was light enough that the ground just soaked it all up.  Nice!!!

Mary did good.  I always try to find good sales too.  Kohl's always has good sales.  They are always sending out their sale ad with a peel back sticker on it which then reveals your percentage off of either 15, 20 or 30%.  I usually always get the 15 or 20% ones.  This time I got lucky and got the 30% one!  Woohoo!!!  I also have some "Kohl's cash" (free money) to use from a prior purchase so I should be able to get out of there with a few good bargains and hopefully a low bill!

V has a morning appt. to see the nutritionist so I gotta get my rear in gear early tomorrow.  She has to be there at 9:00 so we'll have to leave around 8:20 or so with that lovely morning traffic to contend with!

Time to hit the hay...

It seems every three months Kohl's sends us a $10 gift card.  We go in and find something on the clearance rack and leave.  We got another one the other day that is good starting Wednesday.  So Mary is going to try to find her a skirt.

Hope all goes well with the nut.
