My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee already downed
Chicken piccata for lunch
pork cube steaks and veggies for dinner
I already rode my bike for over 30 minutes this morning.

KARLA-I had a plan...a really good plan..but nothing seemed to work right today...it was just too dang hot..I wound up eating a couple of protein bars and saying to heck with it. I brought my apple, PB, yogurt and peaches back home (they were in my cooler). I was out making home visits all day. I had PLANNED to have swedish meatballs for dinner, but apparently MY crockpot is slower than everyone else's cuz the suckers are still frozen in the middle...guess what we're having TOMORROW night??? Corbin just left to go to Sonic-I ordered a kid burger with extra veggies. Will have some protein pudding before bedtime. I had Click for bkft, so DID get in my protein today-and got in my water and vitamins--AND I WENT BACK TO BOOT CAMP THIS MORNING (yea me!!!)
