My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake or Click
McDonald's sf iced coffee
BBQ brisket and chicken for lunch w/ green beans and a few potatoes
baked fish for dinner

Good morning!!  Scale was kind this morning so I have a smile on my face!!!  Of course that smile is probably due to all the girls I got to see this weekend!!!  Signed up this morning for White Rock... registration began today and they say it fills up early.

Had a good 1st back day back to owrk and only ate 2/3 of my planned food ! so yeah!! Plan for today:

2 eggoos w/butter& cinnamon/splenda mix
ranier cherries
banana
small sammich 2tsp mayp 1sl ham 1sl trukey
think thin bar
protein drink
hot dog stuffed w/ cheese wrapped w/bacon
veg
cantalope

  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

One protein drink down, more to come,

I think for breakfast I will do two fo the deviled eggs.  They seem easy to eat and a nice bit of protein.

Lunch, is a left over hamburger patty from yesterday :). 

Snack-maybe some of my hummus and carrots, not sure

Dinner-chicken, which I need to take out to thaw. 

This morning I received my labs from my PCP, with the exception of a slightly elevated triglycerides, everything looks great.  I am not insulin resistant, my PCOS is behaving to the point of my hormones are normal right now, and even iron, potassium, calcium and all that are in normal ranges.   Now to get the results from my surgeon.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE !!   TIME FOR ME TO JUMP ON THE WAGON AND QUIT FALLING OFF........THE SCALE WAS NOT KIND TO ME............BUT THAT IS WHAT I DESERVE........ NOW TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT !!

Today's Plan:

Lots of liquids.....I'm hoping for 100oz plus....this heat is really getting to me this year.....

1/2  cottage cheese

Slim Fast -  low carb.....Shake - mid morning breakfast if I feel the need to "grab" something - I'm gonna grab this....

L -  left over mac & cheese with all beef angus hot dog.........

Sn -  cottage cheese and/or  nsa peaches.....

Dinner -  leftover......mac & cheese and hot dog...........  (2nd job.)

later snack - if needed or feel the need to "grab" something -    Slim Fast l/c shake

WOW!!!  I ate TERRIBLE this weekend.  That is okay... Time to brush myself off, and jump back on the wagon.
