Wow...down to our last weekend in May...June begins soon.
My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
SF McDonald's iced coffee
SBUX on the road
beef stew that is leftover for lunch and maybe a sf pudding cup
hamburger at Steph's for dinner

my exercise will be loading and unloading sstuff from my car!

I know I am getting at least 100 grams of protein in today I musstt.
Drinking well after the doctors appt in a couple of hours for blood.
Starbucks, fat free, sugar free Frap. I have a free coupon, why not treat myself, might have then throw in protein as well lol.
Exercise will be me starting on the kitchen, and then tonight the gym for 45 minutes.
Of course after that I am going to a friends to hang out, so will probably take my own snacks, she wants to order chips and queso from Chilis, and while I am now free to eat as I please with discrimination, I am not wanting to show then what happens if I eat too much fat.
