lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
beef stew for lunch w/ sf pudding cup
Flounder or tilapia for dinner w/ veggies
SF McDonald's iced coffee
Atkins shake

B-Oatmeal
S-Beef Jerkey
L-meatloaf & corn for lunch (ie; left overs)
D-either left overs or will cook a chicken dish
Lot's & Lot's of Water today....
Best of all - I'm off work tomorrow and will have a chance to SLEEP - something I've had so little OF this week!

Not a lot has been sitting too well on my tummy since I've come back to normal foods off liquids... I'm going to try beef broth most of the day, and try a little bit of ground beef with taco seasoning later this evening for some protein... If that doesn't settle well, I will be going back on full liquids for a few days.
