Thursday WLS Express

My long weekend starts tonight... My mom is coming to visit and we're celebrating my sweet hubby's b-day tomorrow with shopping for his present :)

Beyond this, I hope to sleep, read, play in the pool, cook and generally do whatever sounds good for the moment.  It's been a long and frankly bad week....  Looking forward to a nice, relaxing weekend (one can only hope).

Well - well -  lets see...........What am I doing this weekend...........
I'm with George - I'll be working on Sat and Sunday.............

Work, Sleep, Clean house, laundry............
Sat -  Work AM...........Play  PM............
Sun - Work................as long as I can stand it .....I need to really be in there alot - since I only got in 2 hours last weekend !!  lol
Monday.......OFF FROM ALL 3 JOBS.................clean house am........early pm........then BBQ with friends.............Cant wait.................then come home and get ready for the week.......

4 day work week next week.......Tuesday will be a LONG day........job#1 and Job #2

Please keep Norma B in your prayers......co worker of mine  - instead of pinched nerve in neck - I hear possible mild stroke now may be the diagnosis.... She is only in her 30s and takes great care of herself................

Amanda announced to me Tuesday night.she is moving out........so she is in process of moving some things out here and there........so I may be cleaning her room and closet out in the near future and then my brother can move his stuff to her bedroom and make the living room more presentable.........so that I can sit down and relax a little more..............

For this weekend, I've got to go grocery shopping after work tomorrow, with this many kids, it is a long and time consuming task... which means I've got to go through all my competitor's ads and coupons, which the mail man did not deliver this week by the way... Grrr. Wonder what I did to tick him off? LOL

Saturday, I've got Steph's get together... Sunday afternoon I have a scrapbooking get together with my family, and Monday is a cookout with my inlaws for memorial day. Somewhere in there I've got to find time to go get some more clothes. I can't seem to keep any that fit me. LOL.

My plans this weekend are to spend the whole weekend with my peeps at Stephs house! Can't wait to see my "sistah friends" Ready for some adult conversation and no****ching Dora lol Lost a little bit of my regain this week, it's amazing when you cut out sugar and white carbs what a difference it makes ;) It's funny I've regained 10lbs and feel like it is 50! Most of it has gone to my tummy gotta love menopause too! NOT! If your a newbie remember your vitamins are one of the most important if not THE important thing you can do. I had always been faithful about it and got a little lax this past month and already feeling the tingling in the hands etc. I'm back taking them. I've learned of several of our peeps that are dealing with cross addictions.....alcohol, gambling prescription pills etc. Not sure if these were problems before WLS but it has interfered with their quality of life. My prayer is they get help before everything they have worked so hard for is completely gone. Prayers for those that have lost their dear Mothers, seems like we have several lately. Makes my heart sad. On a lighter note.......hope everyone has a wonderful holiday weekend enjoy the sunshine!

Morning everyone,

Today is 6 weeks since my life changing surgery :).   Hard to believe it has been that long.  Last night I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and really was not wiped out.  Today is my Friday, tomorrow I go for my 6-week follow up, then cleaning some this weekend.  I think on Sunday the boyfriend, his best friend and I are going to Scarborough Faire for a while.  Monday is grilling, with company coming over.  And I am also off on Tuesday as well.  Sooo just surviving today and then all is well for the weekend.  Although I want my kitchen organized.

Crazy weekend ahead...   Kaylee's graduation is tomorrow evening. Then we are having a party for her on Saturday. Sunday we are headed to the lake. We will spend the night and come home on Monday.

My mom, dad, and brother are in route from Memphis for the festivities too.

Hope everyone stays cool this weekend! I hate missing the party...I'm SO bummed! If it was anything but Kaylee's graduation I'd be all over it!

Good morning all! Gee...I kinda hate to sgare my EXCIYING life, cuz it may sound like bragging and y'all will be so jealous.....NOT,,,today I get to BLEACH the boys' bathroom....crap...it's like living in a frat house...gross...but I have to clean it before I can paint it,and I really want to get it painted. I let Corbin pick the shower curtain,  etc. this time. The curtain is "tropical frog" and the paint is yellow...yep....yellow....ought to blend in everywhere they always miss the toilet....

Tonight I'm going with TRACEY to help decorate the high school cafeteria for the Senior breakfast, that is tomorrow. The Srs are getting their big 2010 class pic and the "13 yr"pic done this morning. The "13  yr" is Srs who have been in Joshua all the way thru,  since Kindergarten-Chris and Kaylee are both in it-pretty cool!

Tomorrow  is cleaning, packing for the weekend,GRADUATION tomorrow night,then going to a much needed "girl weekend".I start my new fulltime hospice job on Tuesday. Praise to God and thank y'all forthe prayers.

Well since Norma is coming in Saturday I guess I'd better get off my derriere and mow the yard today and clean inside tomorrow. 

Que....I'm saying extra prayers for you!

I'm running today so this will be short.....On my way to town to get some chores done...Post office, Office Depot, Walmart, etc. I'm really dreading it cuz it's gotten so stinkin' hot already. I'm spending this weekend in the lake. We leave for Roatan, Honduras next weekend (9 days) and Beast has decided he wants to take a camera. That means I have to pressure test the old housing tomake sure it's still viable...and give me an excuse to blow some bubbles and catch some rays. Beast is working Sat. so I'll go by myself and try to hook up with some other divers.

I've still got some sewing to get done before we leave so every day until lift off is pretty full. I did put the Dee Rags website on vacation so at least I won't have new orders to deal with before I leave.

Oops...gotta get moving! Ya'll have a great day....prayers to everyone who needs them.
