chicken piccata dinner for lunch
baked fish tacos for dinner
Atkins shake or Click shake

since i'm home today it's harder to be on track. Crazy but true. At work I have to eat what I pack.  So I will aim at plenty of liquids because the sinus meds dry me out.

Got to keep the protein heavy and carbs light.
