Good morning! It's 10am and I already have all water in! Of course, I worked last night...lol..will have to start all over whem I get back up this afternoon....

L: Chicken breast/veggies/fruit salad
D: Depends on whether or not I work tonight-shake if I stay home-solid to take with me if I work 12 hr shift
