High Liver Enzymes?

Has anyone ever been told that they have high liver enzymes? My PCP called me back regarding my bloodwork and told me that I had a high liver enzyme blood level. He kept asking me if I drank alcohol which I don't, after reading online I read that obesity can sometimes cause it.

Is there any medication or supplement that I can take for it?
