MARVELOUS MAY SUNDAY
OKAY, I posted this yesterday and no response. Didn't see it I think. I will try again today since i'm first up.
FYI - everything I said below, rings true. I did NOT eat what I should and I'm up again. Got to stay true to the plan.
HALF way thru the month - how are you doing?
when was the last time you honestly counted every calorie? YES, it all counts!
when was the last time you got in all your water?
If doing the same thing every day isn't making the needed changes, might be time for some review.
Now, I will go read this for myself since I need it more than most. Off to work.

Becky you and Karla posted about the same time yesterday. Was the title SUNDAY when you posted it yesterday or did you change it, lol?
Anyway-I got no plan for today. Had a slice of my low calorie, low sugar zucchini bread for breakfast and will throw caution to the wind for the rest of the day. Clay's talking about going to the Flying Fish tonight for seafood so we'll see.
