I didn't do too badly for an unplanned day.  It helped that all I had was liquids until about 1:00 p.m.  when I had lunch w/ Paige.  I was starving for some real food by then and it was great.  I had sushi for dinner.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.  I faithfully do this EVERY day.  I usually get in 110-150 oz. each day.

protein coffee
McDonalds sf vanilla iced coffee
Click or Atkins if needed this afternoon
Fish for lunch w/ veggie
Beef chianti for dinner

What's your planfor the day? 

My exercise will be on my feet running around from about 2-7 at the high school gym decorating for prom.

Morning!!  Yesterday was not too bad and the scale is the same as yesterday so all is good in my world!!!  Decided that each day I'm going to come back in the evening and put down what I REALLY ate!!!  Although most of the time I do pretty good sticking to plan... I feel that for accountability I need to post the FACTS! 

Karla I wish I could get in all the liguids you do!!!  Maybe my new cup will help!!!  I love that it holds 20oz!  I'm lucky to get in 64oz a day let alone 100 or more!!!

Plan: will need to add a few more calories....

I did well thru my night shift-didn't eat anything "not in the bag", and didn't even finish everything in the bag. I was choking down chicken/spinach lasagna at 3am  and drank water thru out the 12 hr shift-lost count of how many times I refilled the bottle. Supposed to work again tonight, so should go to bed sometime soon. So far the plan is:

B: Pb and SF jelly on orowheat sandwich thin, toasted

Before I go back to work will have main meal of stuffed chicken breast/veggies and take some leftovers to work, along with apple and yougurt-and Click, of course!!

Will bag up vitamins when I get up-no telling what I'd put in the bag if I did it right now!

Gina the sandwich thins people now make a thin bagel and it's great toasted with peanut butter and jelly.

STEPH-I saw those at WM-and they were even cheaper than the sandwich thins, but I afraid the bagel things might get too "gummy" in my pouch-BUT-I'll sure get them, next trip, based on YOUR recommendation!

I do my bagel thins with a little FF cream cheese.... very yummy!!!   I wasn't sure how my pouch would react either as I don't usually do well with bread but these didn't bother me at all... probably because it was toasted.

Today has been totally unplanned. It seems like I've nibbled all day instead of having meals...

Pre-B....Protein chai tea
B...cottage cheese....these two things seldom ever change!
Before grocery shopping.....chicken salad on 2 Wheat Thins flat bread crackers, 2 small pieces of pineapple
Samples at HEB....chicken pot lickers (bought some!), tuna tempura roll (got some of that, too), sample of Thai Almondine Tilapia, Organic Sweet potatoes and Almond Green Beans...this sample looked more like one of my full meals, I couldn't fini****!
S....Maybe nibble on some of the grilled chicken, shrimp and rib eye Beast has on the pit right now.
LNS...protain chai tea....I need to start trying this cold or find a cool refreshing protein something for the summer.
On target will all vitamins and supp.


I haven't tracked any of this but I doubt I've hit my goals. According to my fitness tracker on my phone, between WalMart and HEB I walked over 3 miles today! The best part is I bought a pair of size 14 capris!
